meeting is
following the officers meeting tonight. We have a couple of open
officer
positions, for Hospitaler and for Webminister. Anyone interested
in either of
these positions should send an application to Their
Excellencies, Northern
Regional of that office and myself. We will be closing the
acceptance of
applications for Herald after the meeting tonight. We currently
have 2
applications; the Northern Regional Herald will make a decision
after tonight’s
meeting. We are open for Beltane bids. The event will be held at
Camp Dakani,
but we will not have access to the nature center.<span
style="mso-spacerun:
yes"> </span>We are currently working on projects and
preparing for Gulf Wars.

<p class="MsoNormal"><b>Treasurer: </b>Currently in the checking
account we have
$8,089.79, our portion that will be going to the Kingdom is
around $1800.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><b>A & S Minister: </b>We are currently
having A&S
on the 2<sup>nd</sup> Tuesday of each month from 6:30 to 8:00 at
the West Wind
Unitarian Universalist Congregation at 1309 West Boyd Norman.
The Kingdom
A&S Minister would like to have reports sent to her about
what our people
are doing and how often. I will be making a prize to go to which
ever person
from Namron/Skorragardr that donates the most items for the
Above and Beyond
table at Gulf Wars.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><!--[if !supportEmptyParas]--> <!--[endif]--><o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><b>Archery Marshal: </b>ACCEPS for Gulf Wars
will be closing
Friday February 24<sup>th</sup>. We don’t know exactly how many
people are
camping with Namron yet. The meal plan is on the website and
there is also a
link for pay pal or you can pay cash to Baronessa Caterina or
Margherita.
Moonshadowe event went well, there were 3 AoA’s given away to
local people. HRH
Rafen was in attendance. There was a lot of melee and combat
archery indoors in
a very dusty arena. Archery practice is on Sunday from 1-3pm, I
will not be at
archery practice this weekend, I will find out if my deputy
Lance will be
holding the practice and put out on the list. </p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><b>Knights Marshal: </b>practice is going
well on Wednesday
nights at 7pm at Sellars Center. The Skorragardr practice is on
Thursday nights
at Norman high school, and is a general practice for both light
and heavy
fighting. Going to be making up at least 4 kits for Namron
loaner gear and if
we have any left over, Skorragardr can have the extra items to
help with their
loaner kits. Would like to get some loaner tabards made for the
heavy fighters.

<p class="MsoNormal"><b>Baronessa: </b>Things are going well with
all the
practices. There is CoW at Camp Cimarron this weekend; they will
be having
Terric’s Wake on Saturday night. There will not be a NRFP on
Sunday since we
have to be off site by noon. We will be practicing with the
trebuchet on
Saturday. </p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><b>Lord Aonghas: </b>I checked on getting
insurance on the
shed, and found out that if you do not own the shed, then you
cannot insure it.
So I will not be able to get it added to my insurance policy. My
insurance
agent said that getting renters insurance is not the way to go,
you must get
property insurance, he said he could give a quote to the Barony,
but would need
to know the cost of the shed and the amount the contents is
worth. </p>
