meeting. If

<p class="MsoNormal"><b>Seneschal: </b>We have a new webminister,
Muriel,
welcome. We just had our first planning meeting for Namron
Games; we had a good
turn out and filled several of the slots necessary for getting
help. Our next
planning meeting is April 26<sup>th</sup> at 7:30pm at my house.
We have the
following openings for help needed for the event: setup/tear
down; gate
coordinator; children activities; prize basket; revel
coordinator; dragon melee
coordinator; rapier coordinator. Anyone interested in helping in
those areas,
please contact one of the autocrats and let them know. We have a
few events
coming up, Coronation; Castellan; Eldern Hills; Steppes Warlord
and then Namron

We also have water wars in August. Kings Round table and Crown
Tourney in July;
I believe Northkeep has gotten Crown Tourney and I believe
Namron may have
Kings Round Table. </p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><b>Treasurer: </b>$6,927.64 in the checking
account
currently. We have paid the $1805 to Kingdom for the lawsuit.<span
style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </span>I was asked to find out
the amount that we
spent on the newest tents, and they were: $1,404.09 for the
18X24 low top and
$965.59 for the 12X18.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><!--[if !supportEmptyParas]--> <!--[endif]--><o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><b>Herald: </b>I would like to be learning
more on
submissions; also I would like to find out what happened to the
Baronial
Library for the Herald. I want to start having a night where
people can come
and work on their submissions. </p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><b>Webminister: </b>There are several blank
areas on the
website, please send me the information from the officers that
need to be on
the website. I believe the Herald and Hospitaler are both blank
at this time.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><!--[if !supportEmptyParas]--> <!--[endif]--><o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><b>Hospitaler: </b>We had quite a few
contacts of new people
over the last couple of weeks. I would like to have a newcomer’s
encampment at
the Namron Games event in June. I will be working on getting
this organized.</p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><b>Archery Marshal: </b>Margherita will be
running this
weekends practice, since I will be at Coronation. I am checking,
but I believe
that the Royal Huntsman Tournament will be held at Steppes. Also
there will be
archery and thrown weapons championship tourneys at Namron
Games.</p>
