meeting. If

<p class="MsoNormal"><b>Seneschal: </b>Gearing up for Namron
Games, we will be
having a planning meeting following this meeting tonight. Will
be having load
out for Namron Games on Thursday May 31<sup>st</sup> at 6:30 pm
at Phred the
Shed. The current MOC will be stepping down after Namron Games,
so his office
is now open for applications, send an application to HE Orlando,
HE Caterina,
NR MOC, and myself. I am working on getting a site for
Protectorate, will be
checking with Ranger Terry about Camp Cimarron. </p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><!--[if !supportEmptyParas]--> <!--[endif]--><o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><b>Baronessa: </b>Going to Steppes Warlord
this coming
weekend, will have the Baronial pavilion available. Then we will
have Namron
Games the next weekend. After that, we will be slowing down a
little, so we
need to work on a few projects, painting the other pavilions,
setting up demos
ect.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><!--[if !supportEmptyParas]--> <!--[endif]--><o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><b>Treasurer: </b>Currently we have
$6,867.62 in the
checking account. I have created this envelope for us to use at
gate for the
drops, also I have the information for check writing to be
placed at the gate
from the DA office. After Namron Games we will be having an
inventory day,
where I want all baronial property brought back to the shed and
if it is
something you are storing for the barony, you need to have a
list of such items
brought to me. We will also be making a list of things that need
to be
repaired.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><!--[if !supportEmptyParas]--> <!--[endif]--><o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><b>Hospitaler: </b>Will be out of town for
Namron Games, but
I will contact everyone from the Medieval Faire list and make
sure they know
about when the event is. Would like to have a newcomers
encampment at Namron
Games, but I am unable to attend. Will have loaner garb at the
gate for
newcomers to use. Lady Kathryn atte Unicorn has volunteered to
head up the
newcomer’s encampment will be available to welcome them and have
something to
eat on Friday night for them.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><!--[if !supportEmptyParas]--> <!--[endif]--><o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </span><b>Webminister:
</b>Have
the Namron Games (Beltane) website up and going, if you have
anything special
you want me to put on it let me know. Barony of Namron is
getting updated also,
if you have anything about your office you want me to update
please let me
know. I plan on taking some pictures at Namron Games and posting
on the
website. I would like to have pictures that are iconic to Namron
on the
website. </p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><b>Lord Aonghas: </b>I would like to see a
copy of the
financial policy put on the website. <b>Webminister: </b>I
will work on getting
that done.</p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><b>A & S Minister: </b>I will be
stepping down in June;
my office is open for applications. Anyone interested please
send an
application to HE Orlando, HE Caterina, Kingdom A&S
Minister, Lady
Margherita, and myself. Here are the classes that are already
scheduled for the
next few months: JUNE: Baroness Margarite/Tunic construction;
JULY: Baroness
Adena/Tunic construction and gores/gussets; AUGUST: Baroness
Gwyneth/Applique;
SEPTEMBER: Lady Monica & Lady Droen/ knitting.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><!--[if !supportEmptyParas]--> <!--[endif]--><o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><b>Archery Marshal: </b>Steppes Warlord is
coming up this
weekend and I will be running the Royal Huntsman tournament.
Namron has a
couple of new archers; Lord Cian is now in Namron and a newcomer
Chris who was
at Eldern this past weekend and really shot well at the archery
field. Practice
is held on Sundays 1-3pm at Lord Christians house unless there
is an event
going on.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><!--[if !supportEmptyParas]--> <!--[endif]--><o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><b>Knights Marshal: </b>we are running out
of storage room
for loaner gear, wondering if its ok if I have someone to help
store some of
the loaner equipment and then he can bring to practice each
week. Will make him
my Equipment Deputy. We have no shields for loaner gear. I would
like to
purchase some shield blanks in order to make some shields to use
for loaner
gear and would like to use my budget money on that. Also, I know
a guy that is
willing to make 14 gauge helmets for $100 a piece, but must
order at least 7 to
get that price. So anyone interested please contact Jason
(405-365-3778) so he
can get the order placed. Will be having pick up fights at
Namron Games in
addition to the dragon melee game. Skorragardr practice has been
going well in
addition to Namron/Wiesenfeuer practice. </p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><!--[if !supportEmptyParas]--> <!--[endif]--><o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><b>Mastir Tadhg: </b>With school being out,
we will be
moving the Thursday fighter practice to the Lions Park here in
Norman at the
Firehouse on Flood. Practice will begin at 6:30 on Thursdays,
look to the list
for directions and address.</p>
