<DIV>Here it is<BR><BR>Bread Pudding with White Chocolate Chip, Blueberries and Raspberries<BR>Heat oven to 350* Bake 40-45 minutes.<BR>I baked mine for 45 minutes.<BR>2 loaves White Bread minus about 4 slices, In a Large Bowl pulled apart into <BR>about ½ -1 inch pieces. I usually just use my thumb as a guide.<BR>In a Sauce pan mix and stir over medium heat.<BR>1 c. Milk<BR>½ c. Heavy Cream<BR>½ c. Half & Half<BR>¼ c. Margarine or Butter <BR>5 oz. Sugar<BR>Stirring constantly until Margarine is melted. Let cool while doing next step.<BR>In a bowl mix together<BR>2 eggs slightly beaten<BR>1 T. Vanilla<BR>1 t. Cinnamon, Heaping<BR>¼ t. salt NOTE: I forgot to bring the salt, so there was not any salt in the <BR>ones I made.<BR>Pour milk mixture over bread cubes. Mix slightly.<BR>Pour egg mixture over bread cubes finish mixing. NOTE: I used a mixer on high <BR>speed, be careful not to burn out your mixer.<BR>Fold in<BR>½ 12oz. bag frozen
Blueberries<BR>½ 12oz bag froze Raspberries<BR>½ 12oz. bag White Chocolate chips<BR>Pour into ungreased cake pan and bake.<BR>Sauce Note: I didn’t make the sauce but it is even better with it.<BR>In a sauce pan mix<BR>Rest of berries, ½ c. water, 1/3 c. sugar, 2 T. flour<BR>Cook over medium heat stirring constantly, until mixture thickens and boils, <BR>boil and stir 1 minute longer<BR>Remove from heat.
