Officers Meeting, if

<p class="MsoNormal"><b>Seneschal: </b>Water Wars will be held on
August 4<sup>th</sup>
at Twin Lakes in Shawnee at 11am-4pm.<span style="mso-spacerun:
yes">
</span>We will be having cold cuts, if everyone can bring a side
it will be
appreciated. We closed acceptance of applications for A&S
Minister. We had
3 applicants; we are waiting to hear from the NR A&S
Minister with their
decision. MOC is open for applications, anyone interested fill
out a Kingdom
officer application and send to Their Excellencies, NR MOC and
myself. We are
accepting bids for Beltane Autocrats.<span style="mso-spacerun:
yes">
</span>We are on Easter weekend this year, all of May was filled
and it would
have been the 3<sup>rd</sup> week of June as our other option.
Please let Their
Excellencies and myself know if you are interested in
autocrating Beltane. We
are open for Gulf War Coordinator; if anyone is interested
please let Their
Excellencies and myself know.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </span>We
have
our Med Fair Coordinators, Bucello and Wolfgang. Reminder that
we will be
having our Populace meeting on the <b>1<sup>st</sup> Thursday</b>
of the month, so for
the next meeting it will be on<b> August 2<sup>nd</sup> at 7:30
pm</b> at the West
Wind Church here in Norman. </p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><!--[if !supportEmptyParas]--> <!--[endif]--><o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><b>A&S Minister: </b>The August meeting
will be on the
14<sup>th</sup> at 6:30 pm, Mistress Gwyneth will be teaching
appliqué. I do
have meetings lined up for September and October. But am looking
for someone to
teach the November and December meetings.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><!--[if !supportEmptyParas]--> <!--[endif]--><o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><b>Treasurer: </b>we currently have
$8,306.55 in the
checking account. I believe we have gotten all the receipts from
the last event
and will be having the report completed.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><!--[if !supportEmptyParas]--> <!--[endif]--><o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><b>Hospitaler: </b>Wanted to let everyone
know that Seamus
is my deputy.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </span>Have gone
through the
entire loaner garb, and some of it had to be thrown away and I
have the rest
sorted out, and it does need some repair. Would like to have a
get together and
sew up a few things before Protectorate. Still looking at demo
opportunities,
there is one on July 27<sup>th</sup>, which is Help for Friends;
also there is
the 2<sup>nd</sup> Friday Norman Art Walk, which could be a
possible demo
opportunity.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><!--[if !supportEmptyParas]--> <!--[endif]--><o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><b>Archery Marshal: </b>working on getting
some new
deputies. We have a couple more people, Vigdis and Danr, who
have gotten scores
on the SCA Royal Round score sheet. We are still having practice
on Sunday at
1pm-3pm, unless the heat or heat index is greater than 100
degrees, or I am out
of town at an event.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><!--[if !supportEmptyParas]--> <!--[endif]--><o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><b>Herald: </b>report given that she has
gotten one
resubmission sent in. </p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><!--[if !supportEmptyParas]--> <!--[endif]--><o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><b>B & B: </b>Oklahoma Shakespeare in
the Park is July
26-27<sup>th</sup>, either Friday 8pm or Saturday at 2pm, maybe
could have a
showing out there to help with recruiting opportunities. Going
to Red Tape this
next weekend. The new Prince and Princess are JP and Gylian. We
look forward to
Water Wars and everyone coming out and having fun. Seamus and
Lorenzo are going
to be the Protectorate autocrats.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes">
</span>Next
Monday we are going to bring Gwyneth (the tent) and string her
up here at the
castle and start the painting project. We will have the
projector here and get
it drawn on and possibly get started on painting.</p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><b>Seamus: </b>We will be having the 1<sup>st</sup>
Planning
meeting for Protectorate following the Populace meeting on
August 2<sup>nd</sup>.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </span>Need
any volunteers that would like to help
make it a wonderful event. </p>
