The Shire of Ffynnon Gath presents Laurel's Prize Tourney<br>

Saturday,<br>
August 25, 2012 c.e., Studio Estates Club House, 6880 Goforth Road in<br>
Kyle, Texas. The site opens at 9 am and closes at 8 pm. Set up by<br>
artisans will begin at 8 am.<br>

Artisans come set up your >body<br>
of work= past and present for the opportunity to informally discuss your<br>
art with the Laurels of the Kingdom, artisans and the general Populace.<br>
Everyone is invited to come, view and discuss the various arts and<br>
sciences with the artisans and the Laurels.<br>

pre-register for table space with Mistress Melisende de Barcelona,<br>
Kingdom Minister of Arts and Sciences, <a href="javascript:;" onclick="_e(event, 'cvml', 'moas@ansteorra.org')">moas@ansteorra.org</a> by the 23rd of<br>
August. Include the following information: Title - name of the entry.<br>
Artisan=s SCA name and modern name. Amount of table space needed. Do<br>
you need electricity?<br>

In the afternoon Lady Ilarria<br>
Shchastnogovichna will present a sideboard luncheon which is included in<br>
the site fee. Please bring your feast gear and drinks. Please bring<br>
small tables and chairs for dining.<br>
<br>
A Youth Boffer Practice will be held by Ffynnon Gath Youth Marshal Vilhjalmr Einarsson.<br>
He has some loaner gear available. Youth of Ansteorra: come practice<br>
your boffer fighting skills to prepare for the Youth Boffer Tourney<br>
coming up at War of Ages.<br>

This is a one day event. There is no<br>
camping. For lodging please see the event website for a list of<br>
hotels/motels or check with the autocrat.<br>

Site fees: $10.00 for adults, $5.00 for 12 yrs. and under, under 5 yrs. free.<br>

toward Austin on IH 35 North - take Exit 217. At the Conoco/Tex.Best<br>
Truck Stop turn Right (east) on Windy Hill Road. Go several miles. Turn<br>
Right on Mathias. Turn Left on Goforth Road. The hall is on the right<br>
hand side of the road.<br>
Going toward San<br>
Antonio/San Marcos Take IH 35 South - Take Exit 217. Turn Left across<br>
the bridge and continue straight ahead on Windy Hill Road. Turn Right<br>
on Mathias. Turn Left on Goforth Road. The hall is on the right side of<br>
the road.<br>
Site is wet - period containers only. No pets - service<br>
animals only. Minors must be accompanied by parents or legal guardian.<br>
Minors may attend with a 21 year old adult with a Minor Event Waiver<br>
Form signed and notarized by parents.<br>
