Here are the monthly officers meeting notes for September 2012, if
there are any corrections that need to be made please include me in

<p class="MsoNormal"><b>Seneschal: </b>Rapier marshal is open for
application,
Archery marshal is open for applications; MOC is open for
applications. If you
are interested in any of these positions please send an
application to Their
Excellencies, the Northern Regional of that position and to
myself, the
Seneschal. We are gearing up for Coronation this weekend, then
the next big
event will be Protectorate which is the 2<sup>nd</sup> weekend
of October. Will
be having a bake sale this weekend at Coronation the proceeds
going to help the
Tower Improvement Project.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </span>Bids
for
Beltane are closed as of this meeting. We did receive a bid from
Sybilla and
Loemax. They will be the autocrats for the Beltane event. There
will be
planning meetings in the future. </p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><!--[if !supportEmptyParas]--> <!--[endif]--><o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><b>Treasurer: </b>We currently have
$7.069.05 in the
checking account.</p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><b>Archery Marshal: </b>I am stepping down,
my office is
open for applications, anyone interested send in a application
from the Kingdom
website to Their Excellencies, the NR Archery Marshal and to our
Seneschal.
Practice is on Sundays from 10 am to 12 noon unless it has been
posted on the
list because of weather or an event.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><!--[if !supportEmptyParas]--> <!--[endif]--><o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><b>Knights Marshal: </b>The big thing we are
finding is that
we are in need of helmets for the loaner gear. We are having
people with really
small heads and the helmets that we have are too big.<span
style="mso-spacerun:
yes"> </span>I would like to purchase some, if possible.<span
style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </span>I believe they are $75 per
helm.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </span>Seems that we are
getting more light
fighters to cross over and train heavy as well as heavy crossing
over to train
light. Practice is going great, a lot of new people coming out.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><!--[if !supportEmptyParas]--> <!--[endif]--><o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><b>Herald: </b>nothing new to report</p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><b>Hospitaler: </b>working on a couple of
emails of
interest. Was waiting to hear back from Wiesenfeuer about doing
the demo, since
it is in their lands. The demo is set the first weekend of
October at Rose
State College.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><!--[if !supportEmptyParas]--> <!--[endif]--><o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><b>Barone Orlando: </b>We have an excellent
team with
Namron.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </span>We have
Coronation,
Protectorate, Med Faire, Tower Improvement Project; a lot of
activities going
on. Lady Margherita forgot to report that there was $260 raised
last weekend at
the Mooneshadowe event to go towards the Tower Project.<span
style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </span>His Highness uses Namron
as an example when
showing the great things that a Barony can and will do. We have
heavy/light, archery
practices, open A&S, scribal, A&S classes, drumming,
dancing. A lot of
great things that people are interested in. We have such strong
leadership and
a tight knit family. We are enjoying the dream. Lets gear up at
Protectorate
and remind everyone what the dream is all about. </p>
