<p class="MsoNormal"><b>Seneschal: </b>We have a couple of
positions open for
applications, Archery Marshal and Rapier Marshal and MOC. Anyone
interested in
applying for one of these positions, send a Kingdom application
to NR officer,
Their Excellencies of Namron, and Seneschal. We have autocrats
for Beltane,
Sybilla and Loemax, will be looking for a site. Load out at
Phred is set for
Wednesday 10/10/12 at 6:30.At Protectorate we will be having a
silent auction with
the proceeds going to the Tower Improvement Project. If you have
anything you
would like to donate, please contact HE Caterina or me. </p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><!--[if !supportEmptyParas]--> <!--[endif]--><o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><b>B & B: </b>It’s been a great month
Namron. I hope
that everyone enjoyed himself or herself at Coronation. Queens
is coming up, we
have a small contingent of rapier fighters going down for the
event. Next
weekend, we have a little thing called 36<sup>th</sup> Namron
Protectorate. One
of the most prestigious tournaments, We will not be having Crown
present as
they will be off getting us allies for Gulf War. Crown has given
us a few
awards to give at Protectorate. We will have both Kingdom and
Baronial. Will be
a full weekend, with Heavy and Light champions; we will have the
presentation
of consorts; fun shoot archery; children’s activities; A & S
display in
hall; small bardic circles; and revel. We will be having a
Protectorate
planning meeting following this meeting.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><!--[if !supportEmptyParas]--> <!--[endif]--><o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><b>Archery Marshal: </b>my position is open
for
applications. Practice is on Sundays from 10-12 noon unless
there is an event.
If there is a cancellation, it will be on the list.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><!--[if !supportEmptyParas]--> <!--[endif]--><o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><b>Treasurer: </b>we currently have
$8,352.87 in our
checking account. The profit from Coronation was $2, 015.30 and
we will be
splitting that with Kingdom.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><!--[if !supportEmptyParas]--> <!--[endif]--><o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><b>Rapier Marshal: </b>my office is open;
school has been
keeping me quite busy. We have practice every Tuesday at Sellers
Center at 7pm.
Rapier is going strong, with a lot of new fighters, we have
plenty of loaner
gear. </p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><!--[if !supportEmptyParas]--> <!--[endif]--><o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><b>Knights Marshal: </b>We have practice
every Wednesday at
Sellers Center at 7pm. We have been fighting indoors. If anyone
is interested
in marshalling at Protectorate, please contact me. We will be
having 3 fields
possible, running 6 colors. At Coronation, it was announced that
Centurion
Morgan Trailmaker would be knighted at Yule. I was also asked to
be the Queens
defender for their reign. </p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><!--[if !supportEmptyParas]--> <!--[endif]--><o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><b>Hospitaler: </b>There will be a demo on
Saturday at Rose
State college 10-5pm. If anyone is interested in going, I put
the information
on the list. I wish I had more information to give; I tried to
contact the
Hospitaler for Wiesenfeuer, but have been unable to touch base
with her. It is
an educational event, a cultural heritage festival.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><!--[if !supportEmptyParas]--> <!--[endif]--><o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><b>Herald: </b>have turned in a resubmission
today.</p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><b>Wolfgang: </b>Who wants to take out the 4
baronial spears
and be in charge of them; Charles of Portsmouth volunteered.
Reminder Medieval
Faire lectures 6:30 at the Norman Library. Assistant John
McWilliams will be
discussing early string instruments.</p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><b>Med Fair Triad: </b>We will be having a
planning meeting
on October 22<sup>nd</sup> at 7pm at the Hidden Castle in
Norman. We need to
fill our staff of directors.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><!--[if !supportEmptyParas]--> <!--[endif]--><o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><b>Adena: </b>I am the Nastycrat for
Protectorate; I want
everyone to be in charge of putting toilet paper on the roll if
you find it
empty.</p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><b>Mistress Stacia: </b>I am doing the goody
baskets for
Protectorate. I will accept items that you think are cool, to
put into the
baskets. I will even accept money and go buy things for the
baskets.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><!--[if !supportEmptyParas]--> <!--[endif]--><o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><b>Cornelius: </b>I will be having some
baskets set up at
Protectorate for recycling bins. I think it is a good idea to
have at each event.

<p class="MsoNormal"><b>Annabelle: </b>Next Thursday there will
be a meeting in
Ada from 6p-9p to meet new people who are interested in SCA.
Lady Aela will be
there as well as other Skorragardr folks. Come if you’re
available.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </span>Also Father
Christmas workshop has begun, if
you have any ideas, please bring your suggestions or come and
help make items
on Monday nights here at the Hidden Castle. </p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><b>Alicia: </b>I have bags of basil
available if anyone
wants them. Also I have been charged by the King and Queen to
come up with a
time capsule that will be put at the Ansteorran Gates at Gulf
Wars. We will
bury it this next Gulf Wars.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </span>If
you
have any ideas of what to put in it or if you want to donate
something, please
contact me. HE Genevria and HE Ebegardis are also helping me in
getting the
word out about the time capsule. We will have a large plastic
tub and will seal
it and have acid free paper inside with Ziploc bags. HL Nicolea
is making a map
with the regions, baronies, cantons, shires, ect on it. I would
also like to
get a list of all the Kings and Queens done.</p>

stain glass
