<p class="MsoNormal">Here are the notes from this month’s
officer meeting. If there are any corrections that need to be
made, please include me in the reply so I can keep a corrected

<p class="MsoNormal"><b>Seneschal: </b>We have a few offices
open for application. Archery Marshal is open; Rapier Marshal
is open and MOC is open. Please send an application to TE
Orlando and Caterina; the Northern Regional of the office and
myself, the Seneschal. Thank you to everyone that helped out
this past weekend at our event, Protectorate. A lot of people
helped with gate and set up and tear down. Thank you again for
all your help. Protectorate turned out to be a really good
event. It did rain, but that did not slow down the tournaments
or any of the activities. There were several awards given out,
I believe 5 AOA’s; several baronial awards as well as kingdom.
It ended up being a really good feast. I hear that everyone
like it. We have a few upcoming events; Samhain on October
26-28; Axeman on November 9-11; BAM on November 16-18 and Yule
on December 1<sup>st</sup>.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </span>I
am currently looking for sites for Beltane.<span
style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </span>The Tower Improvement
Project raised $324 from this past weekend with the silent
auction. We are close to $1600 raised. The November Populace
meeting will be on Thursday November 1<sup>st</sup>.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><!--[if !supportEmptyParas]--> <!--[endif]--><o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><b>Treasurer: </b>We currently have
$7,249.71 in our checking account.<span style="mso-spacerun:
yes"> </span>The preliminary profit from Protectorate is
around $900. But I still have a few receipts out that will go
against that amount. We had 203 thru gate at Protectorate.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><!--[if !supportEmptyParas]--> <!--[endif]--><o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><b>Hospitaler: </b>We had several first
timers at Protectorate. I have a lot of request for garb. So
that will be my goal is to work and get more garb made. </p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><!--[if !supportEmptyParas]--> <!--[endif]--><o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><b>Archery Marshal: </b>Royal Huntsman
will be at Samhain in 2 weeks. There will be combat archery at
BAM. I am stepping down on November 1<sup>st</sup>, which will
be the closing of applications for my position. I have been
working on stuff for the GW towers and GW land. Archery
practice is on Sundays from noon to 2 pm. </p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><!--[if !supportEmptyParas]--> <!--[endif]--><o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><b>Mastir Tadhg: </b>Axeman is coming up
and will be put on the list about cabin reservations.</p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><b>Lord Loemax: </b>Things went well at
Protectorate, no injures to report. I would like to see if
possible to be able to have a Chiurgeon tent with maybe a
military cot; sturdy stool; ice chest with ice packs in it. I
have bandages, gauze. It is the expense from the Chiurgeon
since there is no baronial office. If anyone wants to donate
to my supplies, it would be appreciated.</p>
