have a few offices open for application, Archery Marshal; Rapier
Marshal; MOC
and Seneschal.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </span>I will
be stepping down
in January 2013.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </span>I have
enjoyed the
time I have been Seneschal.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </span>Anyone
that
is interested in my position, please contact me and I will let
you know the
responsibilities of the office.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes">
</span>I can
explain, what it is I do. If anyone is interested in any of the
offices listed
above, send an application to Their Excellencies, the NR of the
office and to
myself. If you need help on filling out an application or where
to find it,
please feel free to contact me and I can help you with that.
There is also the position of Thrown Weapons open. We have
Axeman
coming up in less than 2 weeks. Then we have BAM coming the next
weekend. I
don’t know how many from Namron are going, but it is a great
event to get ready
for Gulf Wars. There is a lot of melee going on, heavy, rapier,
and combat
archery. They also have target archery and A&S.<span
style="mso-spacerun:
yes"> </span>They also have classes going on. It is a
really fun event. Then
in December we have Wiesenfeuer Yule. </p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><b>Baroness Gwyneth: </b>I am sitting here
for Their
Excellencies while they are out East, hopefully having a really
successful
mission of having fun. Protectorate was a lovely event, I
believe everyone had
a really good time and we had a terrific feast.<span

yes"> </span>The tourneys were lovely to watch.</p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><b>Knights Marshal: </b>not present</p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><b>Archery Marshal: </b>at BAM there is
target archery and a
lot of classes. Good sized melee and there is also equestrian.<span
style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </span>I am stepping down as
archery marshal and we
have one applicant for the position, which is closing tonight.
Practice is on
Sundays from noon till 2pm, unless there is an event and it will
be put on the
list if canceled.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </span>I
have taken another
office, Kingdom Missile Marshal – KMM is responsible for Siege,
Thrown Weapons,
Target Archery, and Combat Archery.</p>

right now, just
working on getting loaner garb and gear gathered together.
Please keep your
eyes and ears open for any demos in the spring. I have put
together 3 sets of
loaner feast gear, but I have no mugs, so if anyone has any
extra mugs they
would like to donate, that would be great. If anyone has any old
garb they
would like to donate, that would be great also.</p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><b>Herald: </b>I have turned in a couple of
submissions. So
if anyone has any submissions of names or devices, please
contact me and we can
work on it and get it submitted. We had several awards that were
handed out at
Protectorate. There were like 5 AOA; 3 Sable Thistle; 2 Argent
Fleur; 1 Sable
Crane;1 Ascia Rossa;<span style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </span>2
Torsade; 2 Sable
Storms; and 1 Krigshelt.</p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><b>Webminister: </b>any updates for the
website, please
email me.</p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><b>Treasurer: </b>$8,913.69 currently in the
checking
account. The profit from Protectorate ended up being $371.89
after all the
receipts were turned in.</p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><b>Lord Bucello: </b>We had our 1<sup>st</sup>
planning
meeting for Med Fair. It went well and discussed several things.
Still looking
for several people to be directors over areas. We did get
initial plans
started. The Medieval Faire will be April 4-6-7, 2013.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><!--[if !supportEmptyParas]--> <!--[endif]--><o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><b>Lord Loemax and Lady Sibylla: </b>we are
the autocrats
for Beltane this year. We have 3 positions filled, but if anyone
is interested
in helping out, please contact one of us.<span

</span>The 1<sup>st</sup> planning meeting will be December 3<sup>rd</sup>
at
the open A&S at the Hidden Castle.</p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><b>Annabelle: </b>at Yule Revel we will he
having Father
Christmas and anyone who has ideas or would like to help with
the making of
gifts for Father Christmas to hand out. Come to Monday nights we
will be
working on the gifts each week. Let Dame Alix, Mistress Stacia
or myself know
if you have any ideas or want to work on something.</p>

at OU about astrology and the middle ages. </p>

Maleah: </b>Ulf and I
open our house each year on Thanksgiving for anyone to come out.
We call it the
Orphans Thanksgiving. So if you would like to come, please feel
free to stop
by. We will have roast turkey, baked turkey and a ham. Please
bring a side and
come and enjoy the company.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </span>If

directions, I am on the Namron list, just contact me.<span

pursuit. </p>
