Here is the officer meeting notes from this last week. If you are
an officer and are unable to attend, you need to let Their
Excellencies or myself know why you are unable to attend. We need
for the officers to be present at Populace meeting and Officers
meeting each month. It is at these meetings that we discuss any
issues or projects that need to be done for the Barony. If you are
unable to attend due to illness or working, it is understandable,
but please let us know.<br>

<p class="MsoNormal"><b>Seneschal: </b>we have a few offices open
at the moment,
Archery, Rapier, MOC, Thrown Weapons and Seneschal. My office
will close
accepting applications at the January Populace meeting 2013.<span
style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </span>Anyone interested in
applying to one of
these offices please send an application to the NR of that
office, Their
Excellencies and myself.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </span>If
you need
help filling out the application or how to get to the
applications please feel
free to contact me.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </span>Beltane
has been
moved back to the 1<sup>st</sup> weekend in May.<span
style="mso-spacerun:
yes"> </span>I am looking at a couple of places for a site,
Camp Dakani and
Zune Beach.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </span>Will check
out next week.
Have been given a few other sites to looking into, Winding
Creek, Pink;
Coookieland; Turner Falls; Bromide Boy Scout Camp; Lake Murray.</p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><b>Knights Marshal: </b>Lord Tak wants to do
a demo at a
local con, Soonercon in June 2013.<span style="mso-spacerun:
yes"> </span>We
will have space outside and inside. He will find out more
information and bring
it back. I want to set up a more advanced fighter practice for
both heavy and
light, I am looking at Thursday night.<span style="mso-spacerun:
yes">
</span>I want to have a repair siege weapon day. Looking at
possibly December 9<sup>th</sup>.
We have practice on Wednesday nights at 7pm at Sellers Center in
OKC.</p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><b>Treasurer: </b>Currently we have
$8,732.79 in the
checking account.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </span>I
have all reports
done; just need a signature from the Protectorate autocrat.</p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><b>A & S Minister: </b>appliqué class
went well; I will
be having a stamp work class in the spring.<span

</span>Baroness Margarite will be doing a t-tunic class and Jacq
will be doing
a brewing class. Caston will be doing a casting class.</p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><b>Archery Marshal: </b>Archery practice is
on Sunday from
12-2pm.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </span>In a couple of
weeks I will be
heading to Mississippi to repair the towers and stump removal at
Gulf War.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </span>There is a
group coming from southern and
from central also. Also I am the new Kingdom Missile Marshal.<span
style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><!--[if !supportEmptyParas]--> <!--[endif]--><o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><b>B & B: </b>Next month at the Populace
meeting we will
be having a Christmas Party on December 6<sup>th</sup>.<span
style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </span>Orlando and I will be
bringing the meat and
if everyone can bring a side it will be appreciated.<span
style="mso-spacerun:
yes"> </span>We will have a dirty Santa or white elephant
game, so bring a
gift if you would like to participate. We have had a strong
eventing season,
and we are going into the lull season. If you are a marshal or
officer don’t be
discouraged, continue on, we will have more people joining after
the holidays.
I think the SCA is better now than what it used to be. I
consider Namron to be
a big family.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </span>We are a
family friendly
group.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </span>If anyone has
any ideas of
increasing members please let us know.<span style="mso-spacerun:
yes"> </span></p>
