a lot of people down with the
cold/flu.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </span>Hope everyone

Regional Fighter
Practice will be this Saturday at 11 am. There will be a lot of
rapier, siege,
combat archery and chivalric. There will be authorizations will
be available.
We will have the baronial pavilion with the walls and heaters.
There will be
water bearing, will need volunteers to help out. Crown list is
next week, then
Winter Kingdom is the end of the month and it will have red tape
included
hosted by Northkeep. We will be having a Gulf War planning
meeting following
this meeting.</p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><b style="mso-bidi-font-weight:normal">Seneschal:<span
style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </span></b>we still have a few
offices open for
application, archery, MOC and thrown weapons.<span
style="mso-spacerun: yes">
</span>Rapier Marshal position was filled with Seamus. We are
closing the
acceptance of applications for seneschal position tonight.<span
style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </span>We have received 2
applications and the
Northern Regional Seneschal will be making a decision and then I
will put on
the list. At Winter Kingdom/Red Tape there are classes to get
warranted for
certain offices also there are other classes and it is a free
event. We have
upcoming planning meetings for Gulf War, Beltane and Medieval
Faire.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </span>Officer reports
are due to my office by the
5<sup>th</sup> of each month. </p>

</b>currently
we have $8,526.44, working on end of year reports. Send any
receipts in to me

Marshal: </b>NRFP
is Saturday January 5<sup>th</sup> at 11am at Camp Dakani. Will
be lots of
fighting, and people will be able to get authorized. Practice is
on Wednesday's
at 7pm at Sellers Rec Center. We have loaner gear available.</p>

Missile
Marshal: </b>There will be authorizing marshals at NRFP for
combat archery,
siege, heavy and light. Also we are still having archery
practice (weather
permitting and no event) on Sunday from 12 noon to 2pm at Lord
Christians land.</p>

at the church

Loemax: </b>I am
giving hospitaler report for Lady Sybilla: we had a demo 3 weeks
in a row at
Elevate Church we did get a lot of good comments. People were
interested, and
we had a good turn out. We are still accepting donations of
garb. Beltane
planning meeting Monday January 14<sup>th</sup> at 7:30pm at the
Hidden Castle
in Norman.</p>

Regional
Hospitaler: </b>If you have people interested in coming to
events, please make
sure they understand that we are Pre 17<sup>th</sup> century and
that any
clothes we need to make an attempt. New people can put a tunic
over a pair of
jeans and tennis shoes. But we do try and be as period as
possible.</p>

Wolfgang: </b>Gearing
up for Medieval Faire, will be having another planning meeting
January 28<sup>th</sup>
at7:30 pm at the Hidden Castle. We are still looking for a
couple of directors:
site director; A&S director; Childrens director; and tavern
director.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </span>AnnMarie also
has handouts for the free
lecture series that starts next Friday January 11<sup>th</sup>
at 6:30pm The
title is Sacred Performances: Medieval Men and Women Dancing for
God. It is
held at the Norman Public Library.</p>
