available for the
2014 Medieval Faire. We still have a few that need to be
filled. So

is the Namron Medieval Fair Coordinator. The duties include
overseeing
and helping the Staff of Directors, serving as liaison between
the SCA and the
Medieval Fair Staff and assuring the entire project remains on
track and runs
as smoothly as possible. <br>

Director oversees the layout
and construction, maintenance and tear-down of the site. This
is all the
behind the scenes logistics stuff that is so necessary for a
successful Fair.
He/she will need help on Wednesday and Thursday to help raise
the Embassy and
then again on Sunday to help bring it down and tuck it away
for another
year. The Site Manager is also responsible for land parcel
assignments as
well as keeping the Embassy looking Period, clean and safe.<o:p></o:p></span></p>

Director coordinates and organizes the Arts & Sciences
display Pavilion as
well as the Living History Lane located along the bank of the

exhibit that

tavern director will be in charge of the tavern that is
located within the
Embassy, they will also be in charge of collecting the
beverages and handling
of the funds received and also turning in the taxable income.<br>

New Roman"">GATEHOUSE
DIRECTOR </span></u></b><span

gatehouse director shall be responsible for making the Embassy
Entrance as
inviting as possible, including presenting banners on the
masts and other
signage and overseeing the various displays and activities of
the Guard Point.
The director will make sure the Gatehouse is adequately
staffed with guards and
others to welcome Patrons and encourage them to visit the
Embassy.<o:p></o:p></span></p>

Director is our Baronial
Hospitaler. Our primary goal at Fair is to RECRUIT AND RETAIN
and thus
all of us in and about the Embassy need to help fulfill that
goal. She
asks that Hospitalers from our neighboring groups contact her
at least several
days before Fair so we can make sure interested patrons are
pointed in the
right direction.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
