<b><u>The Wicked Witch of the West: Brooms, Black Cats, & Stolen Babies</u></b> presented by Dr. Andreea Marculescu of the OU Department of Women’s and Gender Studies.

<p class="MsoNormal">The stereotypical representation of a witch is that of an old, often physically impaired, childless female who is accompanied by a black cat, carries a broom, and plots to inflict evil" in the world. This talk will explore the historical
