swap is an opportunity to share cookies with other cookie bakers from around

participate will sign up to bake and send a dozen cookies to someone else and

demonstrations planned for Virtual Protectorate and are in need of pumpkins.
Their plans include both the smaller baking pumpkins and larger carving
pumpkins. If you would like to contribute some pumpkins, please contact our
Seneschal, or ourselves to coordinate drops offs.</span><br>

<span class="gmail-oi732d6d">Even if you aren’t donating pumpkins, but run across
somewhere to get them please let us know! The pumpkins don’t have to be perfect
quality – they can be a little overripe, dented, etc. We know it is a little
early in the season to buy pumpkins, but the marshals need time to coordinate
and film their activities so we are hoping we can find some.</span><span></span></p>

call for proposals has been sent, a committee consisting of Five Northern
Regional Officers (Tentatively the Seneschal, Herald, Minister of Arts and
Sciences, Exchequer, and the Chronicler). They will review the proposals and
choose the ones that best meets the requirements.</span><span></span></p>

Principality petition is accepted by the BoD, the artists will be contacted,
and commencement of work will begin. Date of item delivery will be set to the
weekend before the initial Coronet Tournament. Although the specific dates when
this might happen is still very unknown, I expect a minimum period of
performance of 3 months, if not much longer.</span><span></span></p>
