● Fruit Compote ○ Mixed Fruits, brandy, butter and Sugar (Cooked)<br>

● Chicken stuffed Pork Loin (1.5 hour cook time @ 325) ○ Chicken, Pork, Maple Syrup, Onion, Seasonings and cheese<br>
● Roasted Roots (45 minutes @325) ○ Various Roots (Carrots, Beets, Potatoes, etc), Onions, Olive Oil and Seasonings<br>
