NR - Skills and thanks

Thanks to Bear and Oriana for the return comments.  I think the
northern region will make an excellent principality and I think being
a principality will be a healthy thing for our region.

By the way, I took Bear's advice and poked around on the OP.  Judging
by Thistles alone, there may not be any skills that are not
represented in the region several times over.
