NR - Two new members of the Chivalry announced

HRM Richard announced at octavian this weekend the impending elevations of
Aaron MacGregor and Bolvin Thorfinnson to the Order of the Chivalry.  Aaron
will be elevated at Steppes warlord and  Bolvin at Northkeep Castillan.
