NR - Hot weather this weekend

Greetings,

It is good to see more mail coming through...WAKE UP out there and post something, I know you all have something you can share. 
I am not trying to sound like I don't have a life or anything, I just think that we could make good use of such a valuable tool. 

I was thinking about this weekend even if it drops down to the upper 80's, we will still be facing some hot weather at Queens. Thinking of that made me remember that it is a good idea start hydrating before hand. Start drinking water 24 hours before the event. It can make a lot of difference to those of us who spend most of the week indoors in the air-conditioning...just a thought.

I hope to see you all there basking with the rest of us.
