NR - RE: Principality Issue

So lets talk about the principality issue.  
	The northern region has enough people so that's not a problem.  A principality has to have 100 members to form, and we have well over two hundred in the northern region alone.  

	Just some questions to get the topic flowing...

	How are the borders of a principality chosen?  

	What are the pros?
	
	What are the cons?
	
	Can we use the northern regional name, Nordsteorra, or since its the 	name of our Heraldic would we have to chose a different name? 

	What is the general consensus from the groups?  How does your 	group feel about it?

I think it would be cool if we could at least talk about this.  Talking about it doesn't mean we are going to do it.  But I think it would be a good idea to at least get some of the questions about the principality issue answered.
