ANST-Announce - Insignia competition

Greetings and Hi there,

With about two months still to go in the competition, I thought folks might
like to know which group is in the lead to win the 5lbs of Amber.

That group is the Shire of Middleford in the Southern Region with a current
total of 15 insignia turned into HL Michelle.

And who is currently in the lead for the one pound block?  Well, I can't
tell every thing now can I?

I would like to thank everyone who has given of themselves on this little
project.
