As for the fighting vs Bardic, well that's easy this year.  No fighting.
The fighting that is normally held at our event is Toy Tourney, and it is
being held as it's own event this year on November 27th as a joint effort by
the Baroness' of the Northern Region.

Is there a page up for Wiesenfeur Yule Revel yet?  This will be our first
one and we hope to make the most of it.  Knowing what to expect will help us
plan.  Also, it is true that the bardic and light lists will overlap causing
us to choose one or the other to watch?

Other question, are there any kids authorized in rapier in the younger age
group?  Kit would love to get to fight some time, but it seems that only a
few have been showing for the youth tournies and they are in the older
group.
