I would like to announce that the Coordinating Group for NR Tribute will be 
the Barony of the Eldern Hills.  The coordinating Autocrat will be HE 
Artorius ap Caradoc.

If you have any questions, please direct them to him (phone in Blackstar 
under NR Officers list - Minister of Children).

Please begin planning now for your group's fundraiser.  Let's all pitch in 
and make this a wonderful event for the region and the kingdom.
