NR - Equestrian at Wasteland Games

Unto the Northern Region,

I always feel well organized until the day before the event.  Is that a
natural law?

I've heard that the news did not reach everyone, so I thought I'd let
everyone know:  there will be no equestrian at Wastelands Games.  I do not
know anything about horses as pertain to the SCA, but my equestrian liaison
tells me the field we usually use is now unsuitable.  That seems about
right, since the old site is underwater, something had to happen to the
field.  The problem is trees, though, so logic does not always apply.
