NR - NR- Warlord

To just make my comments as one of the last co-autocrats for NR-Warlord, The 
champions were only responsible for running their competion.  All the site 
stuff was handled by autocrats.  It would of been too much for all the 
champions to get together and do autocrat responsibilities in addition to 
running their competion.
