NR - Gulf War

Dear friends,

Could I get an initial show of hands of those fighters who will be at
Gulf Wars and plan to fight in the rapier melees?  I would appreciate
it.  Don't worry if you're not sure, but I wouldn't mind an estimate
of the probability you will make it.

If anyone who doesn't normally fight rapier is going to be at Gulf
Wars and is interested in fighting in the rapier melees, let me know
and we can talk.  I'd love to have as many cross-overs as possible.
