Pug, as always I appreciate your .02 cents.

Your information is probably something many need to know.  I don't believe, 
(I could be wrong), that there has ever been a true regional event done in 
the Northern Region, thus, I don't think anyone was aware of the new 
criteria.  Northern Regional Tribute was always coordinated by Wiesenfeuer 
until last year when they were told it would be a regional event.
