NR - New Regional Rapier Marshal

I have recently taken over Northern Regional Rapier Marshal from Don
Donovan.  I wanted to let all the Northern Regional local rapier marshals
have my address.  If you know a rapier marshal in your area that is not
connected, please give it to them.

I will, of course, send a letter to each of you I have addresses for, but I
thought this could get the information to some of you more quickly.
