NR - Wastelands Medieval Faire

Unto All Who Read These Words Greetings,

    A heart felt thank you to all the good gentles who traveled from so far away to assist the Shire of the Wastelands with its annual demo at the Govt. Springs Park Garden Faire!  We had participants from as far away as Steppes and Calontir, in addition to friends from Northkeep, Mooneschadow, Namron, and Wiesenfeuer.  Thanks to the hard work of the good gentles both within and outside of this Shire we had a variety of entertainment, gave out lots of good information and have interested several families in the SCA.  Next year looks to be even larger and more fun.  We've already had offers to coordinate new activities.

    Thank you also to the nobles, seneschals and chroniclers who helped get the word out and encouraged those who were able to assist the Shire.  In spite of a very full event calendar your words of support contributed to the turn-out of artisans and fighters from throughout the Northern Region and beyond.  Thanks for helping to spread the Dream.
