Kevin is correct.  Next spring's winner would serve at the 2001 Gulf 
War as an understudy to Wiggen ("W" is pronounced as sort of a "V"). 
They would then be responsible for a year's worth of practice, 
preparation, etc. and would be Warlord at the 2002 Gulf War.  At 
least, according to what I proposed.
