NR - Soup Kitchen

The soup kitchen may be one of the reasons that Calontir still has the
unified "feel" at foreign wars.  It really isn't that much work, and since
it is stationary (the army comes back to camp to get fed), people who may
not be able to waterbear can heat and serve soup.  When everyone gathers at
the royal pavilion and they get a chance to relax, eat and discuss battle
tactics, it seems to bring us together.

The soup kitchen may not be right for "Nordsteorra", but something like
this may be what is needed to get that region/principality feeling.
