NR - Region Names

I can't speak for anyone else, but I tend to refer to 
myself in the English ablative "from Northkeep", just as 
I was "from Mooneshadowe" when I lived there.  BTW, I 
believe the singular of Moonshadeen is Moonshadin - as 
in Ragnar al-Moonshadin.
