NR - Regional name suggestions

Trivia note: Stillwater, OK is not so named because the waters don't move...it is named so because it was known as a place where there was "still water" no matter how dry it got. I'd love it if we came up with a name that has some kind of twist, some subtlety that isn't readily apparent.
