Actually, as the proposal stands, the next Warlord in early spring/late 
winter (2001) would select Viggen's SUCCESSOR, who would serve as a 
deputy/understudy at the next Gulf War (2001). He/she would take over as 
Warlord AFTER the war to organize training for the NEXT war (2002).
