I have a question that ties into our discussion, it is loosely directed at 
Stacia, Gunhilda, and Kat mostly because it is their field.  Currently how 
does the Kingdom decide on and approve the design and text in our award 
scrolls?  When a new award is created what is the process to take it from a 
idea approved by the Crown to a scroll and award that is handed out.
