NR - Principality discussion at Rundel

Greetings all,

We are in the process of discussion with the stewards of Rundel's Margrave, 
about having a principality discussion at the event.  Hopefully this will be 
just the basics, nothing too serious.  This would be a great opportunity for 
everyone to get together and have new ideas proposed, and questions answered.
