NR - Kites

Hmmmm, Mississippi Kites are fairly common around here 
(Stillwater) in spring and summer.  There used to be a pair that 
nested in my neighborhood.  I would certainly not consider them to 
be "occasional" visitors any more than most of our migrants (like, 
say, swallows).
