NR - Northern Regional VS application Request

Greetings to the list.
My name is Ainar Magnusson and I have been the NR VS for some time now.  I
just took another position in our Barony and would like to step down from
that position and let someone else have an opportunity to serve.  Duties are
pretty light overall.  If you would like a list of what your duties as NR VS
would be please email me.  I would like to get applications over the next
couple of weeks so that I can make a decision soon after Gulf War.
