NR - Vivat for NR Tribute

I wish to give a hearty VIVAT to all who were involved in putting on this
year's Northern Region Tribute.  I had a wonderful time.  The feast was
great, I learned some new things in the classes, and I had a blast
"gambling" on the light fighters in the afternoon.  Tribute is special to
me, as the Tribute 3 years ago was my very first SCA event.  Here's hoping
it survives bumps in the road and growing pains and continues to be a fine
event for the North.
