Okay, I may be totally off base on this, but I would like to step in anyway. 
I beleive Sir Burke's comments were meant to address both the posting of the 
Law itself, and any likely future replies that that posting will generate. 
(ie... this was not an attack or comment directed at any one person.)

Sir, Burke if I have misrepresented your statements, please correct me. I am 
an advocate only for good discussion, and do not take sides on this 
particular issue.
