O.k. So you're telling us that, in your opinion, Mooneschadowe would open up 
their bank accounts and say "Do what you wish!" without having any say so in 
how things are done? They would give their checkbook over to someone who is 
not from your populace and say spend what you will however you want?! That's 
pretty risky! We'll have to remember that.
