Dear sister the First true northern regional event was the first Wolfstar
tourney held after Wiesenfuer dropped sponsorship to do Northern regional
tribute.It was sponsored by Wastelands, Loch Wyndt  and Brad Leah.

My lady for the Wastelands Ly Audralla Dresdin for Loch Wyndt  The first
Northern Regional Warlord also was officially sponsored by three groups
Wastelands, Wiesenfeuer,and Gnomon Vale but it did not carry a autocrat from
all the sponsoring groups I believe it was after the changes were made to
kingdom law bought how Regional events were to be run and was not
required.Though there was a autocrat from the main sponsoring group which
was me for the Wastelands.So there is precedence for how to run a true
Regional event even if the opinions of the ones who have done them don't
matter.
