It is a pump :(  The one close to the pavilion is, anyway.  We think there is
another hook up near the field area, but I'm not sure what kind it is.  I'll
try to get out there tomorrow and check.  I'll let everyone know if it *is*
hose-compatible, otherwise assume it isn't.
