Annais,
As of this time I am discussing with a few people about being co moderators
of the list but until they give me permission, I will not announce them
publicly. The northern list is for day to day issues in the north, this
new list was set up to specifically give the north a place to talk about
ideas of unity, identity, and fun. Ideas both for and against these and
other issues are welcomed equally. We have to get a dialog started or this
will just keep degenerating. Many people who as subscribed to the northern
list may not be interested in these issues. As for acceptance since the
list is completely open, anyone can post to it whether they are a member or
not, so it will be difficult for anyone to successfully ridicule one idea
over the next. As for needing an office of Ansteorra to watch over the
list, we are all adults here and should not need some office to hold a
ruler over out hands. If we can't make things work by use of the
principals of common sense and decency them we truly are in trouble. If
you don't want to use the new list that is fine, I would encourage you to
bring up any and all issues here on the northern list. Dialog is good
where ever it happens.
