Just a note: I stopped by Sams and got plates and bowls. There are 125 10" plates, 200 8" plates and 150 bowls, they are a fairly strong Delta one. Not sure what other paper goods will be needed, but wanted to let you know that these would be there. I also have mayonase packets that I can bring. Susan the Curious hoping the temps cool
