[NR] A new beginning

To all list members

        As of 3:49 pm Tuesday, May 22, 2001, the Northern regional list is
again unmoderated. Yippee! (There's at least one voice shouting it - me!)

        Hopefully this will never have to happen again. I'm quite willing
to let individuals hoist themselves by their own petards. Every viewpoint
has the right to be expressed, but that can be done without being nasty,
or worse, to each other.
