[Northern] Bardic at NR Fighter Practice

       Northkeep has a Bardic Guild scheduled for this Saturday Evening.  If
no one objects I would like to move this to the Northern Fighter Practice in
Mooneschadowe.  Our meetings are pretty informal.  Basically a Bardic Circle
where performers can get critiques and performance advice if they want.
