Gulf War is scheduled for March 11-17 in 2002.  Spring Breaks have been
mandated in Oklahoma now.  Every school (and I mean ever school--Elementary,
middle, high school, vocational school, and public universities) in Oklahoma
must hold their spring break (if they have one) during the third week of
March which is March 17-23.  I know a couple of years ago Gulf Wars was
moved up a week to coincide with spring break.  I wonder if this could
happen again?
