[NR] Conact question for personas

A gentleman that I work with is a Cherokee Indian.  His name is Eric
Stephen and his email address is  estephens at oktax.state.ok.us.  He said
that he would be happy to try and answer any questions anyone might have or
at least point you to a resource.
