Ok, I don't want to start any vile and vicious shire-barony thing here,
but I seem to remember some grousing by various members of my shire that
only the baronies were being allowed to participate in the actual toy
counting. Especially that when they went to enter the toy tournament they
had to declare for one of the baronies (hi, Northkeep).

Or in other words, maybe someone should see that the official rules are
passed out so that all those interested will know just what is and isn't
possible - to all the northern groups (or just the baronies-if only they
can play in this sandbox) to be published in the various newsletters and
possibly put up on a web page (hey, give the northern regional web handler
something to do).

Is it the Northern Regional Baroness' Toy Tourney or is it the Northern
Baroness' Toy Tourney - I see a big difference in including or excluding
the word "regional". Though at this point I'm not sure but what I've only
seen it advertised as the Baroness' Toy Tourney.

So there it is. YMMV.
